His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam, on 11th August afternoon, left the Republic of Singapore after attending the 60th National Day Parade of the Republic of Singapore. Prior to departure, Doa Selamat was recited by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.

Present at Changi International Airport to bid farewell was His Excellency Doctor Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore; His Excellency Laurence Bay, High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam, and spouse; and Her Excellency Hajah Noor Qamar binti Haji Sulaiman, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to the Republic of Singapore.
